Terms & Conditions
With the purchase of a product from Shooting Gear - you accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Jurisdiction of this is governed by NSW Consumer Law.


Prices, Quotation and Estimates
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All merchandise orders will be honoured once payment has been received. All prices, quotations and estimates do not include any delivery unless stated. Any changes to orders or pricing will be communicated with purchaser prior to dispatch.


Return of Goods
Return of Goods is only accepted if goods are in the original, resalable condition with carriage paid. Goods made or cut to a request size or length, or modified by request cannot be accepted back for credit unless incorrect or defective. In other cases where product ordered is returned a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Goods must be returned within 5 days of purchase, outside of this time frame it will be at Shooting Gear's discretion.


Liability
Shooting Gear accepts no liability for expenditure incurred or loss of product consequential loss of any kind, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any for faults which occur in goods supplied by Shooting Gear, or as a result of late, partial, wrong or non delivery of goods ordered.


Title of Goods
Title of Goods shall not pass until payment is received in full by Shooting Gear. Payment of goods must be finalised prior to shipment.


Delivery
Every effort shall be made by Shooting Gear to deliver within the time agreed. If we experience delay in dispatch Shooting Gear will advise the customer accordingly. Any provisions for penalties to delay in delivery or non-delivery are excluded from any order.


Specification
Performance details supplied by Shooting Gear are based on our experience. You (the purchaser) accept responsibility for the performance and capacity of the goods being sufficient and suitable for your application. You also assume responsibility for the correct fitment, installation and service of the goods.


Carriage and Freight
Carriage and Freight and packaging may be charged extra on all orders. Every reasonable care is taken that goods are adequately packaged for delivery. However, should goods arrive damaged, or should parts be missing from breakage, the carriers receipt must be supplied / retained and a claim for any loss or damage should be made upon the carrier. Shooting Gear can not, and will not accept responsibility for goods after they leave Shooting Gear premises. In any case Shooting Gear should be notified of such losses or damage where the buyer must quote the accompanied delivery receipt from Shooting Gear and the Delivering Carrier details.
